I will introduce the pre-entry training for the Technical Intern Training Program.

Technical intern trainees undergo a rigorous selection process by the sending organization before entering the country. The main selection criteria are as follows: - Ability test - Physical fitness test - Interview - Health examination After successfully passing the selection, the candidates proceed to pre-training. To ensure that technical intern trainees can smoothly carry out their training after entering Japan, they study Japanese, general knowledge about life in Japan (including manners, cleaning, etc.), and other relevant topics at a vocational training school for several months (more than 4 months) in preparation for their internship in Japan.
